Dil served most recently as Managing Partner of Tru Capital Investments—a Lower Mid-Market Private Equity firm based in Austin, Texas—with a focus on family or privately-held businesses in transition. Prior to that, he was Vice President of International / Global Strategy at CARDONE Industries, a global automotive parts manufacturer with over 6,000 employees. He was responsible for Sales and Marketing, Global Strategy and Business Development and headed CARDONE’s global expansion involving operations and supply chain with multi-site facilities. He has been a key driver of CARDONE’s globalization into Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia. Prior to joining CARDONE, he held leadership roles at the Stant/Schrader Division of The Gates Corp. and Bridge Products.
He has experience in retail /distribution, manufacturing, industrial, technology service and senior living/senior care sectors.
Dil holds a BA in Business Administration from Oral Roberts University and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He has completed executive programs at the Wharton School (Advanced Management Program), Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management.
Dil is Vice Chairman of the Board of ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, Inc., the largest ($1.5B) not-for-profit owner, operator, and developer of CCRCs in the U.S., caring for 9,000+ seniors in 9 States with 6,200+ employees. Previously, he served as Board Chair of Elm Terrace Gardens a CCRC and executed a comprehensive turn-around and growth into memory care services. He also served as Board Chair of BranchCreek Community Church in Philadelphia.

Specific experience in IT Strategy, Product Marketing, Customer Value Management, Enterprise Information Architecture, Business Intelligence, Sourcing Strategy and Program Office.
He is the Founder and CEO of Intelegencia Analytics Pvt. Ltd as well, having its head office in Atlanta (USA). He was awarded as APEA (Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship award) on 24th March 2016 for most promising category.
